Board Member

Makram graduated from Beirut University College with a degree in Management, Finance and Economics. He is the owner and General Manager of Patisserie Pate à Choux and has over 25 years of expertise in the food and beverage sector. Pate à Choux, founded by his father Victor in 1956, is a traditional French pastry shop that is one of Lebanon's premier sweet craftsmen, known for its desserts and viennoiseries creations. Makram's flare drove him to grow his business by opening branches in Broumana, Antelias, Hazmieh, and Verdun, in Lebanon. He expanded into Africa, opening a branch in Ghana. He ventured into nightlife and currently owns "Flěrt" in Mar Mikhael, a concept entirely devised by himself.
