With over 25 years of experi- ence in the hospitality field, Makram Rbeiz successfully brought Pate a Choux to become a multi branch pastry icon. In 2005, Makram worked on developing a complementary concept to pastry and Le Petit Chou, a sister company to Pate A Choux, was created. Le Petit Chou was soon to become a must try place in Beirut. Makram Rbeiz started the Carlitos Cantina bar in 2009, a renowned Mexican pub restaurant in the Metn area. Makram is an advisor to the syndicate’s board since 2014, responsible of the patisserie development sector.
