Owner and GM of Patisserie Pate à Choux, with over 25 years of experience in the F&B industry, Makram is a Beirut University College Graduate with a degree in Management, Finance & Economics . Founder of Café Le Petit Choux , Carlito's Cantina, a Mexican Restaurant and Pate à choux catering. Makram is an advisor and member of the board since 2014 responsible of the development of the pastry sector.
