Public Relations Affairs
Dory Georges Daccache has been one of the leading pioneers in the forefront of the hospitality management field in Lebanon as well as the whole Middle East for well over two decades. Dory’s journey started alongside the Thoumy brothers in 1985, launching one the Middle East most successful diners; Crepaway. 21 years into their partnership, Dory and the Thoumy’s have become the masterminds of a hugely successful chain of restaurants with over 10 branches between Lebanon and the Middle East. In 1999, and for a span of six years, Dory was elected as President of the Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Café, Night-Clubs and Pastries in Lebanon, leading and guiding Lebanon’s F&B entrepreneurs. In 2003, he was elected as Man of the Year in the New Entrepreneur category. Three years later, in 2006, Dory decided to take a different route and was determined to launch his own company. Food Kapital Holding was then launched, which in only one-year time reached an unprecedented success, owning and managing four leading restaurants: Leila, Leil Nhar, Let’s Burger, and Harbor201, in both Lebanon and the Gulf area.
